If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 10 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us.
Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 3 days.
Items Received In Error
If you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us within 3 days.
When you do return a product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. We don`t pay for return shipping or refund shipping and handling costs. Please pack the item(s) so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of your receipt/delivery note and a brief note of the reason for return.
